dc.description.abstractİdrar yolu enfeksiyonları (İYE) çocukluk çağında sık rastlanan problemlerden biridir. Alt ve üst İYE (akut piyelonefrit) olarak lokalize edilebilir. Tekrarlayıcı nitelikte olması ve asemptomatik olarak seyredebilmesi nedeniyle kronik böbrek yetmezliğine yol açabilir. Bu yüzden erken tanı ve tedavi komplikasyonların önlenmesi açısından önemlidir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractUrinary tract infection (UTI) classified as upper (acute pyelonephritis) and lower based on its localization is one the frequent problems in childhood. lt can be asymptomatic and recurrent which might lead to chronic renal insufficiency. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are important in preventing complications.en_US
