dc.description.abstractAvrupa Birliği (AB) üyesi devletler, 2. Dünya Savaşı sürecinde azalan emek gücünün yerini işgücü göçleriyle doldururlarken; Soğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde düzensiz göçlerin hedef devleti (ülkesi / bölgesi) olmuşlardır. Siyasi ve ekonomik nedenli bu kitlesel düzensiz göçler, devlet-merkezli klasik güvenlik anlayışını tartışmaya açarken üye devletler düzensiz göç sorununa yönelik ortak politikalar oluşturmak için çeşitli düzeylerde girişimlerde bulunmuşlardır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada AB tarafından oluşturulmaya çalışılan ortak düzensiz göç politikaları, güvenlik odaklı Kale Avrupası yaklaşımı kapsamında analiz edilecektir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractWhile the member states of the European Union (EU) filled the place of the decreasing labour force during the Second World War with labour migration, In the post-Cold War period, they became the target state (country/region) of irregular migration. While these irregular mass migrations for political and economic reasons brought the state-centred classical security approach to discussion, the member states made attempts at various levels to create standard policies for the irregular migration problem. In this context, the common irregular migration policies tried to be established by the EU will be analyzed within the scope of the security-oriented Fortress Europe approach.en_US
