dc.description.abstractBu tezin amacı, 18. yüzyıl Diyarbekir Şer'iyye Sicilleri'nden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda, Âmid (günümüzdeki ismiyle Diyarbakır) ailesi üzerinde din, gelenek ve törelerin etkisini incelemektir. İncelenen dönemdeki Âmid ailesinde, kadınların konumunun ortaya konulması, çok eşlilik durumu, çocuk sayıları, aşiretlerin aile üzerindeki etkileri araştırmamızın diğer amaç ve problemleridir. Araştırmanın hazırlanmasında sicillerin yanı sıra 18. yüzyıldan günümüze kadar yapılan ve Diyarbakır ailesine yönelik bilgileri içeren çalışmalardan da yararlanılmıştır.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is to research the effects of religions, traditions, mores on Ottoman Âmid Family with help of data from 18th Century Diyarbekir judicial Registers. Another purpose of this thesis is to research the statue of women, polygamy, and number of children, the effect of tribes on families in the Ottoman Âmid Family. During this research not only Judicial Registers are being used as a resource but also the other studies from 18th century to today that are related to Ottoman Âmid Family are being used.en_US
