| dc.description.abstract | Marmara Bölgesi 1986 yılı verilerine göre, tarımsal bölgeler içinde bağ alanları itibariyle Türkiye genelinde % 6.89 oranı ile 7. sırada yer alırken, üretimde % 9.11 oranı ile 5., verimde ise 661 kg/da ile 2. sırada yer almaktadır. Bölgede önemli sofralık ve şaraplık üzüm çeşitleri üretilmektedir. Bölgede bağ alam ve üzüm üretiminin yaklaşık % 80'ine sahip Bursa, Sakarya ve Tekirdağ illerinde yapılan 80 anket sonuçlarına göre 1987 yılı yaş üzüm maliyetleri şaraplık üzümlerde 133.60 TL/kg, sofralık üzümlerde ise 154.50 TL/kg olarak tahmin edilmiştir. Aile işgücü ücret karşılığı dışındaki nakdi harcama gerektirmeyen masraflar dikkate alınmazsa, sofralık üzümlerde üretim maliyetleri içerisinde, en yüksek paya % 31.20 oranı ile işçilik masrafla sahiptir. Bunu % 15.00 oranı ile mücadele ilaç bedeli izlemektedir. Makine ve hayvan kirasının oram % 11.09, gübre bedeli payı ise % 4.60'dır. Şaraplık üzümlerde yine işçilik masrafları % 36.10 ile ilk sırayı alırken, bunu % 11.27 oranı ile makine ve hayvan kirası izlemekte, mücadele ilaç ve gübre bedelinin paylan ise sırasıyla % 6.20 ve % 3.67 olmaktadır. Şaraplık üzüm/erde, 1987 yılı çiftçi eline geçen fiyat 147.- TL/kg iken, sofralık üzümlerde 252.- TL/kg'dır. Yaş üzüm maliyetleri dikkate alındığında üreticilerin de anketlerde belirttiği gibi, bu fiyat seviyeleri oldukça tatminkârdır. Bölge bağcılarının girdi fiyatlanın yüksekliği, pazarlık gücü eksikliği ve etkin bir pazarlama sisteminin olmayışı gibi önemli ekonomik sorunları bulunmaktadır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | According to the statistical data of 1986, Mannara Region takes 7th place with a 6.89 % and 5th place with a 9.11 % in acreage and production of grapes respectively, wlıile taking 2nd place with its yield of 661 kg per decare, among the nine agricultural regions of Turkey. Important table and vine-grape varieties have been grown in the region. Grape production costs were estimated for wine-grapes as 133.60 liras and for table-grapes as 154.50 Euros per kilogram in the 1987 production season, using the survey data collected from a sample of 80 fanners in the provinces of Bursa, Sakarya and Tekirdag which have approximately 80 % of grape acreage and production of the region. Labor cost has the highest share with its 31.20 % in the total production cost of table-grapes when the non-cash costs were not taken into consideration, excluding the family labor cost. Chemicals cost folloved labor cost with its 15.00 %. The share of the machinery and animal rents and fertilizer cost are 11.09 and 4.60 % respectively. In the same way, labor cost has the highest share with a 36.10 % in the production cost of vinegrape. The share of tlıe machinery and animal rents, chemicals and fertilizer costs are 11.27, 6.20 and 3.67 % respectively. The price received by the famıers was 147.- /iras per kilogram for winegrape whi/e it was 252.- liras/kg, for table grape in 1987. When we take into consideration production costs, these prices were found at a rather satisfactory level as indicated by the interviewed farmers. The main problems of the grape producers of this Region are the steady increase in the prices of main inputs, lack of bargaining power and an efficient marketing system. | en_US |
