Akut pankreatitli 34 olgunun değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma 8. 8. 1976 ile 3. 4. 1981 tarihleri arasında kliniğimizde tedavi gören 34 akut pankreatit olgusunu kapsamaktadır. Bu hastaların %8,8 'inde alkolizm, %50' sinde safra kesesi hastalığı mevcut olup ölüm oranı %35,3'tür. Bu hastalarda gelişte kaydedilen semptom ve bulgular hipotansiyon, taşikardi, ateş, abdominal ağrı ve mortalite artışıyla doğru orantılı olarak akciğer sahalarında anormal bulgulardır.This study covers in 34 cases of treated our clinic during the period of 8. 8.1976 - 3. 4.198 1. 8,8 % per cent of these patients had a history of alcolism and 50% had a history of biliary disease. The overall mortality was 35,3 % of Symptoms and signs recorded at the time of admission, hypotension, tachycardia, fover, abdominal pain and abnormal examination of the lung fields correlated positively with increased mortality.
