| dc.description.abstract | Barınma kültürü, dünyada yaşanan fiziksel, sosyal, ekonomik ve politik değişimlerle, bir gelişim ve dönüşüm süreci geçirmiştir. Tarih boyunca konut ve konut alanlarında yaşanan değişim, 18. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında meydana gelen Endüstri Devrimi’yle bir kırılma noktasına ulaşmıştır. Kentlerin endüstrileşmesiyle birlikte, özellikle üst gelir grupları için banliyöleşme eğilimleri başlamış, bu sürece paralel olarak da dışa kapalı konut yerleşmeleri 1950’lerde ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu makalede, Bursa’da dışa kapalı konut yerleşmelerinin oluşum sürecinin irdelenmesi ve konut alanlarının gelişme gösterdiği batı bölgesi temel alınarak, dışa kapalı konut yerleşmelerinin Bursa’daki tiplerinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada izlenen yöntem, literatür araştırmasının ardından Bursa kent planları dikkate alınarak tespit edilen konut alanlarında kullanılan gözlem tekniğinin ve yetkili kişilerle yapılan görüşme tekniğinin bir arada değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde ise, elde edilen veriler dahilinde Bursa’da bulunan dışa kapalı konut yerleşmeleri sınıflandırılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Dwelling culture has developed and changed according to the physical, social, economic and political transformations in the world. Houses and housing areas have been shaped according to these factors in history, with radical changes seen after the Industrial Revolution in the second half of the 18th century. As cities became industrialized, new alternatives for housing areas were developed, and suburbs became popular especially for upper income groups, leading into gated communities in the 1950s. In this article, the aim is to determine the development process and the types of gated communities in Bursa based on the western part of the city where housing areas have mostly developed. The method is literature survey, followed by the observation technique applied in housing areas determined according to the city plans, and the interview technique carried out with the related people. In the conclusion, gated communities in Bursa are classified according to the data acquired during the study. | en_US |
