dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Türkiye'deki tarihi çevre eğitiminin Bursa ölçeğindeki mevcut durumunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tarihi çevre ile ilgili çalışmalar daha çok mimarlık, peyzaj mimarlığı, kamu yönetimi, şehir ve bölge planlama, iç mimari ve çevre tasarımı disiplinlerinde yürütülmektedir. Çevre eğitimi ile ilgili az da olsa araştırma bulunmasına karşın, tarihi çevre konusu, eğitim amaçlı olarak yüksek lisans ve doktora programlarında pek ele alınmamıştır. Tarihi çevre eğitimi ile ilgili olarak akademik bağlamda bir araştırma belirleyemedik. Bu tez çalışması 3 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çevre, tarihi çevre ve koruma kavramları ve korumanın tarihsel gelişimi açıklandıktan sonra Türkiye'deki tarihi çevrelerle ilgili olan yürürlükteki kanunlara yer verilmiştir. Bu bölümde ayrıca tarihi çevrelerle ilgili olan uluslararası kuruluşlar ve Türkiye'deki kuruluşlar açıklanarak bunların yürüttüğü projelerden de bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca, günümüz ilköğretim programlarında çevre ve tarihi çevre eğitimin yeri incelenmiştir. Ardından tarihi çevre eğitiminin neden, ne zaman ve nasıl verilmesi gerektiğine cevap aranmıştır. İkinci bölümde yöntem açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü ve son bölüm ise bulgular ve yorumdan oluşmaktadır. Tez kapsamında oluşturulan ölçeklerin sonuçlan ve yorumlar bu bölümde yer almıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise genel bir değerlendirme bulunmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın örneklemini, 2001-2002 öğretim yılında Bursa' da bulunan Celal Bayar, Altıparmak Fethi Açan çiçek, Hoca ilyas ve Tan İlköğretim okullarında 5. ve 8. sınıflara devam eden toplam 720 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırma için oluşturulan ölçeklerin okullardaki uygulaması 2001-2002 öğretim yılı Mayıs ayında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama için Uludağ Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü' nden alınan resmi bir yazı ile Bursa İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü' nden araştırma yapma izni alındıktan sonra ölçekler uygulanmıştır. Aşağıda, araştırma kapsamında oluşturulan 4 ölçek ile ilgili kısaca bilgi verilmektedir. "Tarihi Çevreye Yönelik Görüş Ölçeği" için 5 seçenekli Likert tipi tercih edilmiştir. 15 maddeden oluşan bu ölçeğin alpha değeri 0.85'tir. "Tarihi Çevre Bilgisi Ölçeği l"de ilköğretim 4. ve 5. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarındaki bilgilerden oluşturulan ve öğrencilerin doğru ya da yanlış seçeneklerinden birini işaretleyerek fikirlerini belirtebilecekleri 1 5 ifade ile 8 açık uçlu soru bulunmaktadır. Bu Ölçek, hem 5. sınıf hem de 8. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. "Tarihi Çevre Bilgisi Ölçeği 2"de ilköğretim 6. ve 7. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarındaki bilgilerden oluşturulan 40 ifade yer almaktadır. Sadece 8. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanan bu ölçeğin alpha değeri ise 0.91 olarak bulunuştur. "Tarihi Çevre Bilgisi Ölçeği 3" ise araştırma konusu açısından önem taşıyan 40 fotoğraftan oluşmaktadır ve hem 5. sınıf hem de 8. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, 720 kişilik örnekleme toplam 2092 ölçek formu uygulanarak 63290 soru değerlendirilmeye alınmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe study named as "Historical Environment Education in Primary Education" is prepared by Seçil ALKIŞ with direction of Prof. Dr. Yusuf OGUZOĞLU as a master thesis. Also, thesis jury is consisting of Prof. Dr. Yusuf OGUZOĞLU, Doç. Dr. Nilüfer AKINCITÜRK and Doç. Dr. Handan Asude BAŞAL. In this study, it is aimed to determine the present situation of the historical environment education of Bursa scale in Turkey. Most of the studies about historical environment in Turkey are proposed in architeture, landscape architecture, public administration, city and regional planning, inside architecture and environment design disciplines. Few research could be found about environment education, but historical environment subject hasn't been studied in master's degree and doctoral degree much. Also, we could determine no study about historical environment academic basis. This thesis study is consisting of four chapters. In the First chapter, after environment, historical environment, protection concepts and the historical development of protection are explanined, the valid laws about historical environment in Turkey are touched. Also, in this chapter, intemational and Turkish foundations about historical environment are explained and their projects take place. In the second chapter, environment and historical environment education in Today's primary education programmes are investigated. In the third chapter, the answers of the questions why, when and how historical environment is studied are examined. Fourth chapter is consisting of findings and comments. The results of the questionairres consisting of the test and the comments are included in this chapter. Result chapter is consisting of a general evaluation. The research is formed by 720 students which were studying fıfth and eighth classes of Celal Bayar, Altıparmak, Fethi Açançiçek, Hocailyas and Tan primary schools, which are located in Bursa, in 2001-2002 education season. The questionairres which were formed for research are realized on the May in 2001-2002 education season. Questionairres are applied after the offical paper is taken from Uludağ University Social Sciences Institude and the permission for research from Bursa National City Education Foundation. The information about the four questionairres which are forming the research scope are following. The Five-Choice Likert Type Scale is chosen for the questionairre named as "The Attitude Towards The Historical Environment". Also, the alpha value formed by fifteen articles is 0.85. There are fifteen statements and eight open-ring questions are taking place in the questionairre named as "Historical Environment Knowladge 1 " which are consisting of fourth and fıfth classes social Sciences lecture books and at which students can only present ideas by coosing one of the true/false choices. This questionairre is applied to both the fıfth class and the eighth class students. There are 40 statements formed by the information of the sixth and seventh classes lecture books in the questionairre named as "Historical Environment Knowladge 2". The alpha for eighth classes is found to be 0.91. Also, the questionairre named as "Historical Environment Knowladge 3" is formed by fourty photos which has a great importance on research subject and it is applied to both the fıfth and the eighth classes. Finally, 2092 questionairres are applied on 720 student model and 63290 questions are evaluated. Ali of the analysis of data is done by The Statictical Programme For Social Sciences.
