Abstract
21 vakada kan keton cisimleri seviyesi ile kan insülin seviyesi günlük değişimleri araştırılmıştır. Saat 6.00, 12.00, 18. 00 ve 24.00 te alınan kan numunelerinden elde edilen sonuçlar ve istatistiki ortalamaları tablo ve grafikler halinde gösterilmiştir. Kan keton cisimleri için ortalama eğerler sırası ile 327.5±74 3mM/L, 271.1±102.8 mM/L. 233.2 ± 78 .4 mM/L ve 309.1 ± 70.9m M/L. kan insülin seviyeleri için ise sırası ile 6.7 ±4.9m ml., 35.1 ±24 .6 mU/ml ., 32.5 ± 8 .1 m U/ ml. ve 11.3 ± 8 .1 m U/m,l. bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular, kan keton cisimlerinin yüksek bulunduğu saatlerde (saat 6.00 ve 24.00) kan insülin seviyelerinin düşük, keton cisimlerinin düşük olduğu saatlerde ise (saat 12.00 ve 18.00) kan insülin seviyelerinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Sonuç olarak kan keton cisimleri seviyesinde günlük değişimler meydana gelmektedir. Bu değişimlerin, kan insülin seviyesi değişimlerine bağlı olarak karaciğerde keton cisimleri yapımının azalıp çoğalmasından ileri gelebileceği düşünülmüştür.
In this article the relationship between the diurnal changes or the cohcentration of the ketone bodies and the levels of the insulin in the blood are investigated. The mean values of the blood specimens which were taken in 6.00 a.m., 12.00 a.m., 6.00 p.m. and 12.00 p.m. were in tables and graphs. The values of the blood ketone bodies were 327. 5 ±74.3mM/L, 271.1 + 02 .8m,M/L, 233 .2 m. L, 309.1± 70 . 9 m. M/L and the values of the blood insulin were 6. 7 ±4 . 9m U/ml., 35. 1 ±24 .6m U/ml., 32. 5 ±8.1 mU/ml. ve 11.3 ±8.1 mU/ml. respectively. According to these findings, while the the blood ketone bodies were increased (6.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m.) the blood insulin level were decreased and vice versa. As a result of this investigation we found out that diurnal changes of the blood level of the ketone bodies are accurred. We think that these changes are the results of the decrease and inçrease of the production of ketone bodies in liver, depending blood insulin level changes.
