dc.description.abstractFimbria rezeksiyonu yapılarak septo-hippocampal kolinerjik sistemde lezyon meydana getirilen erişkin sıçanlarda (n: 34) kavite açılmasından 10 gün sonra 15- 16 günlük sıçan fetuslarının ventral önbeyinlerinden alınan nöral dokular implante edildi (n: 10). Nöral greftlerin ve diyetle verilen kolinin muskarinik reseptörler üzerindeki etkileri araştırıldı. Greftlemeden 3 ay sonra yapılan dekapitasyonda sham kontrol grupta boş kavite gözlenirken, greft grubunda bütün sıçanlarda kavite içinde greft dokusu gözlendi. Tüm gruplardaki sıçanların sağ ve sol hipokampusları çıkarılarak maksimum 3 H-QNB bağlanma kapasitesi incelendi. Sham gruptaki sıçanlar normal gruba göre 3 H-QNB bağlanması düşük bulunurken, greft grubunda normal değerlere yükseldiği saptandı. Diyetle kolin vermekle 3 H-QNB bağlanma kapasitesinde artma olmadı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractFetal ventral forebrain tissues obtained from 15-16 day old fetuses were implanted into cavities 10 days after fimbria resection for destruction of septo-hippocampal cholinergic pathways. 3 months after grafting all the grafts were found survived and filled the cavity. After decapitation in all groups left and riglıt hippocampus were removed and 3H-QNB binding capacity were measured. There was a significant decline in 3H-QNB binding in the sham group (p < 0.001). In grafted group 3H-QNB binding restored to normal values (p < 0.001). Feeding the rats alone with choline did not have any effect on receptor binding capacity.en_US
