Abstract
Travma, enfeksiyon, paralitik hastalıklar ve doğumsal anomaliler sonucu femur büyüme kıkırdaklarının fonksiyonunun durması alt ekstremite kısalıklarına neden olur. Yalnızca femurdan kaynaklanan alt ekstremite kısalıkları boy farkının dört-beş cm 'yi geçmediği durumlarda transiliak osteotomi ile tedavisi mümkündür. Aynı zamanda bu yöntemle eğer varsa asetabuler hipoplazi de ortadan kaldırılabilir.
The case of function of the femoral proximal epiphy seal plate because of trauma, infection, paralytic or congenital disorders causes the leg discrepancies of the tower extremity. The treatment of this pathology is possible by the transiliac osteotomy on condition that femoral shortening is not over than 4-5 cm length. The acetabuler hypoplasia is also cured, if present, with the same method.
