Abstract
Yaşları 18-76 arasında ve ortalamaları 50.7 olan, 41 bayan, 81 erkek, toplam 122 hastada, istirahat EKG (ist.EKG) ile Tc-99m- MİBİ SPECT myokard perfüzyon sintigrafısi (MPS) bulguları, kalbi besleyen her 3 ana arter alanında, myokard enfarktüsü (MI) veya iskemisini açığa çıkartmaları yönünden Mc Nemar testi ile değerlendirildi. Sonuçların istatistiksel açıdan uyumlu olduğu bulundu.
122 patients, 41 female and 81 male, were studied with rest electrocardiography and Tc-99m-MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion scintigraphy; mean age was 50.7 (range 18-76). In the present communication, abnormalities in the form of myocardial infarction or transient myocardial ischemia in one or both procedures were localized to myocardial territories of three main coronary arteries and comparison made accordingly. The differences in detection rate were analyzed using the Mc Nemar test. Results were in statistical accord.
