Abstract
Bu araştırma, ayçiçeğinde verim ve bazı agronomik özellikler arasındaki ilişkileri ve bu özelliklerin Path analizi ile tane verimi üzerine doğrudan ve dolaylı etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışma, üç yıl süreyle (1999, 2000 ve 2001), Bursa koşullarında 13 hibrid ayçiçeği genotipi ile yürütülmüştür. Bitki boyu, tabla çapı, yaprak sayısı, 1000 tane ağırlığı ve tane verimi gibi tarımsal özelliklerde gözlemler yapılmış ve veriler elde edilmiştir.Korelasyon katsayılarına ilişkin sonuçlara göre, tane verimi ile yaprak sayısı arasındaki korelasyon dışında, tane verimi ile diğer bütün özellikler arasındaki ilişkilerin pozitif yönde ve önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. En yüksek pozitif korelasyon (r=+0.691) tane verimi ile tablada tane sayısı arasında bulunmuştur. Path analizi sonuçları, tane verimi üzerine en büyük doğrudan etkiye sahip olan karakterin tablada tane sayısı (+0.9534) olduğunu,bunu 1000 tane ağırlığının (+ 0.7436) izlediğini göstermiştir. Tane verimi üzerine tablada tane sayısı ve 1000 tane ağırlığının doğrudan etki yüzdeleri sırasıyla %75.3 ve %64.9 olarak bulunmuştur. Öte yandan, tabla çapının tablada tane sayısı üzerinden tane verimini dolaylı olarak etkilediği belirlenmiştir (+0.2627 ve %56.1).
The purpose of this research was to determine the correlations between the yield and some agronomical traits on the seed yield by Path coefficient analysis in sunflower. The research was conducted with thirteen hybrid genotypes under Bursa conditions during the years 1999-2001. Agronomical traits such as plant height, head diameter, the number of leaves per plant, the number of seeds per head, 1000 seed weight and seed yield were observed. According to the results of correlation coefficient analysis, seed yield was positively and significantly associated wit all the traits studied except number of leaves per plant. The highest positive correlation coefficient (r =+0.691) was observed between seed yield and number of seed per head. The results of Path coefficient analysis showed that the number of seeds Per head had the greatest direct effect (+0.9534) on seed yield, followed by 1000 seed weight (+0.7436). Percentages of direct effects on seed yield were 75.3% and 64.9% respectively for the number of seeds Per head and 1000 seed weight. On the other hand, head diameter affected indirectly to seed yield via the number of seeds Per head (+0.2627 and 56.1%).
