| dc.description.abstract | Diskeratozlar, interfolliküler epidermis ya da dermoepitelial bileşkede ortaya çıkan epitelial bozukluklardır. Diskeratozlar kalıtsal geçiş gösterirler ve pek çok tipte görülebilirler. Kliniğimizde biri Darier-White hastası, diğeri psöriazisli iki lokal diskeratozlu olgu dermatom ile kısmi kalınlıkta deri eksizyonu uygulanarak tedavi edilmiştir. Olgulardan elde edilen olumlu sonuç, literatürdeki tıbbi ve cerrahi tedavi yöntemleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Dyskeratosis are the epithelial disorders, appearing at interfollicular epidermis or demo epithelial junction. They can be seen in varying forms and has autosomal trait. In our department, two patients with local dyskeratosis, "Darier-White Disease'' and "Psoriasis" have been treated by means of electric dermatome, excising the diseased part of the skin. The positive result from the cases are compared with the medical and surgical procedures. | en_US |
