Tavşanlarda tavşan beyin tromboplastini enjeksiyonu ile yaygın damar içi pıhtılaşmasının deneysel olarak gösterilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tavşanlarda tavşan beyin tromboplastini enjeksiyonu ile YDP oluşup oluşmadığını deneysel yolla gözlemeyi amaçladık. Tromboplastin enjeksiyonundan önce ve enjeksiyondan 5, 20, 60 dakika sonra alınan kan örneklerinde, trombosit sayım , fibrinojen tayini, pıhtılaşma, protrombin ve trombin zamanı testleri ile E.E.Z. fibrin plak, fibrin yıkımı ürünleri tayini yapıldı. Tromboplastin enjeksiyonundan sonra trombosit sayısında , fibrinojen miktarında azalma, pıhtılaşma, protrombin ve trombin zamanlarında uzama gözlendi. E.E.Z. ve fibrin plak yöntemiyle ölçülen fibrinolitik aktivitede hafif bir artış bulundu. Fibrin yıkım ürünlerini tayin ettiğimiz etanol jel testi pozitif bulundu. Tüm bulgularımız çalışmamızda YDP oluştuğunu kanıtlamaktadır.In this study we aimed to observe whether disseminated intravascular coagulation came out in the rabbits after the rabbit brain thromboplastin injection. We determined Trombosit count, fibrinojen, clotting time , prothrombin and thrombin time in the blood samples which were obtained before the thromboplastine enjection and in the samples obtained after 5 , 20, 60 minutes. ln addition E.E.Z. fibrin plate, fibrin degredation products were also determined. After the thrombplastine enjection decrease of the fibrinogen levels and platelet number and prolongation of the prothrombin thrombine and clotting times were observed. A little increase was found in the fibrinolytic activity measured by the methods of fibrin plate and E.E.Z. The test ethanol gel which we used for estimating fibrin degradation products was found positive. In our study all the results confirmed that the dissemine intravascular coagulation has become.
