dc.description.abstractEvâil kavram olarak zaman ya da şan ve şeref bakımından önde gelmeyi ifade eden bir kelimedir. İnsanların ve toplumların hayatında ilklerin önemi vardır. Çünkü ilkler yol açıcı ve peşinden sürükleyicidir. İslam toplumunun miladı Hz. Peygamber ile başlar. Hz. Peygamber’e ait olan her şeyi bilmeye özen gösteren İslam ümmeti, O’na ait olan ve O’nun ağzından çıkan ilkleri kaydederek çıktıkları yolda bir tasnif türü ortaya çıkarmıştır. Evâil bir anlamda her başlangıcın adıdır. Bu başlangıçlar Hz. Peygamber’e atfedildiğinde sünnet adını alarak değer kazanır. Fakat bazı evâiller de vardır ki, Hz. Peygamber’in ağzından çıkmamış ya da kökeninde O’nun tarafından başlatılmamış olmasına rağmen, O’nun uygulamalarını etkilemiştir. Makalemizde amaç, hadis ve evâil literatüründe yer alan rivayetler doğrultusunda Hz. Peygamber’i ve İslam toplumlarını etkilemiş bulunan bu evâillere dikkat çekmektir. Bunlar arasında ehl-i kitab ve cahiliye dönemi Arapları ile ashabın önder olduğu bazı işler başta gelmektedir. Evâiller bu tür rivayetleri tespit noktasında araştırmacılara yardımcı olmaktadırtr_TR
dc.description.abstractAwâ’il (Firsts) mean to come first in terms of both time and nobleness. Awâil are of importance for individuals and societies for they are pioneers and lead the way. Muslim society began with the Prophet Muhammad. Muslims, who want to know every detail about the Prophet, created a genre of compilation recording all firsts lunched by him or came out of his mouth. Awâ’il are the beginning of everything. However, when it is attributed to the Prophet, it is called Sunnah. But there are certain Awâ’il which did not come out of his mouth or was not initiated by him, but affected his practice. This study, through hadiths and Awâ’il accounts, aims to draw attention to this kind of Awâ’il, which has influence on the Prophet and Muslim societies. Among them are Awâ’il (firsts) lunched by ahl al-Kitab (the people of the Book) and Arabs of Jahiliyya and companions of the Prophet. Awâ’il helps researchers to spot this kind of accounts.en_US
