| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma kayak kazalarının oluş nedenlerini, yaralanmaların çeşitlerini ve yerlerini belirlemek amacı ile Uludağ Kayak Eğitim Merkezinde 1979 ve 1980 yıllarının Ocak- Şubat aylarında, yalnız kayak yaralanması olarak başvuran 137 hasta üzerinde yapılmıştır. Kayak yaralanması sonucu muayenelerini yaptığımız 137 hastanın 6'sı erkek (% 56) ve 61 'i kadındı % 44). Bu hastaların 83'ü (% 60,5) 15 yaşın altında çocuklar ve 54 hasta (% 39,5) ise 15 yaş üstündeki büyüklerdir. Kayak yaralanmalarının oluş nedenleri, sporcuya ait (53 olgu) % 38, kayak takımlarına ait (40 olgu) % 30, pistle ilgili (22 olgu) % 16, kar durumu ile ilgili (16 olgu) % 12 ve diğer nedenler (6 olgu) % 4 olarak bulunmuştur. Yaralanma Çeşitleri : 1 .37 hastada (% 27) kırık meydana gelmiştir. Kırıklar 25 bacak (cruris), 3 dış malleol, 3 klavikula, 2 humerus, 2 metaharp , bir önkol ve bir kol kırığı şeklindedir. 2. 4 hastada (% 3) çıkık görülmüştür. Çıkıkların hepsi omuz eklemindedir. 3. Burkulmalar (sprain) 82 hastada (% 60) en sık görülen yaralanma olmuştur Bu yaralanmaların büyük bir çoğunluğu kısa sürede iyileşen hafif tipte yaralanmalardır. 56 olguda (% 4 0) bağ lezyonları tespit edilmiştir ( 37 dizde, 19 ayak bileğinde) . 5 hastada bağ lezyonu ile beraber olmak üzere 7 olguda menisküs yırtılması bulunmuştu . 4. 14 hastada (% 10) diğer tip yaralanmalar oluşmuştur. Raddi yara (10 olgu), commotio cerebri (1 olgu), göz yaralanması (1 olgu), künt batın travması (1 olgu) ve ölüm (1 olgu). Bacak ve ayak bileği 68 olguda (% 48) en çok yaralanan bölge olmuştur. Diz bölgesi 42 olguda (% 33) ikinci sırayı almaktadır. Üst ekstremiteter 15 olguda (% 11), baş bölgesi 6 olguda (% 4) ve diğer bölgelerde 6 olguda (% 4) oranında yaralanmalar meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | This study has been carried out in Uludağ Skiing Center for finding out the causes of skiing accidents, the types and the localisations of injuries. During the months of January and February 1979 -1980 there were 137 skiing accidents with injuries. 76 of 137 patients were male (56 %) and 61 female (44 %). The number of patients under fifteen years were 83 (60,5 %) and over fifteen were 54 (39,5 %). The causes of skiing accidents can be classified as: Sportmen 's error 38 % (53 cases), the errors of skiing track 16 % (22 cases), the situation of snow 12 % ( 16 cases) and other causes 4% (6 cases). Types o f injuries: 1.The re were fractures in 37 patients (27 %) the distribution were: 25 in the cruris, 3 in lateral malleolus, 3 in clavicula, 2 in humerus, 2 in metacarpal , 1 in forearm and 1 in the ribs. 2. There were 4 (3 %) luxalions and all of these were in the shoulder joint. 3. Sprains were the most frequently met injuries 82 patients (60 %). Most of there were minor traumas that healed in a short time. These were liganıents lesions in 56 cases ( 40 %), 37 were in the knee and 19 were in the ankle joint. There were erıiscus tears in 7 patients and in 5 of these were also ligament lesion. 4.There were other types of injuries in 14 patients ( 10 %) , open wound ( 10 cases). commotio cerebri ( 1 case), eye injury ( 1 case}, blunt abdominal trauma (1 case) and !here was only one death. The leg and ankle joint were the most frequenlly injured localisations 68 cases (48 %). The knee joint is the second with 42 cases (33 %). The upper extremities were involved in 15 cases (11 %) , the head in 6 cases ( 4 %) and other regiorıs in 6 cases (4 %). | en_US |
