dc.description.abstractBursa Et Balık Kurumunda kesilmiş sığırların akciğer ve karaciğer lerinden taze olarak alınan kist hidatid sıvılarında glukoz, üre, kreatinin, ürik asit, total bilirubin, direkt bilirubin, total protein, albumin, kolesterol ve trigliserit miktarı saptandı. Karaciğer ve akciğer kist hidatik sıvılarının metabolitler yönünden analiz sonuçları sırasıyla: glukoz % 14,95 ± 5,22 mg - % 3,46 ± 0,96 mg, üre % 29,33 ± 2,39 mg - % 31,46 ± 0,38 mg, kreatinin % 0,15 ± 0,03 mg - % 0,46 ± 0,29 mg, ürik asit % 0,88 ± 0,38 mg - % 0,32 ± 0,05 mg, t. bilirubin % 0,01 mg - % Omg, d. bilirubin % 0,01 mg - % Omg, t. protein % 0,1 gr - % O gr., albumin % 0,02 gr - % O gr, kolesterol % 8,5 ± 1 ,53 mg - % 5,85 ± 0,89 mg, trigliserit % 12, 19 ± 5,31 mg 3,30 ± 0,87 mg. olarak saptandı.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe biochemical composition of hydatid cyst fluids from the lungs and the Jivers of cattle infected with Echinococcus granulosus have been stııdied. The amounts of glucose, urea, creatinine, uric acid, t. bilirubin, d. bilirubin, t. protein, albumin, clıolesterol and triglyceride were determined.The results of metabolites analysis of hydatid cyst fluids from liver and lung were; glucose % 14,95 ± 5,22 nıg - % 3,46 ± 0,96 mg, urea % 29,33 ± 2,39 mg - % 31,46 ± 0,38 mg, creatinine % O , 15 ± 0,03 mg - % 0,46 ± 0,29 mg, uric acid % 0,88 ± 0,38 mg - % 0,32 ± 0,05 mg, t. bilintbin % 0,01 mg -· % O mg, d. bilirubin % 0,01 mg ± % O mg. t. protein % 0,1 gr - % O gr, albunıitı % 0,02 gr - % O gr. clıolesterol % 8,5 ± 1 ,53 mg · % 5,85 ± 0,89 mg. triglyceride % 12, 19 ± 5,31 mg - % 3,30 ± 0,87 mg respectively.en_US
