| dc.description.abstract | Bu makalede gaz kromatografi metodunda kullanılan aletler prensip ve işleyiş tarzı bakımından gözden geçirildi. Kolonlar ile dolgu maddeleri, hareketsiz ve hareketli fazların tahlil sonuçlarına etkileri açıklandı. Kimyasal maddelerin separasyonuna etki eden faktörler, sıcaklık derecesi, kolon boyutları, taşıyıcı gaz ve hareketsiz fazların nitelikleri belirtildi. Tahlil edilecek maddelere göre seçilerek dedektörlerin özellikleri ve cinsleri anlatıldı. | tr_TR |
