| dc.description.abstract | Kamusal dış mekânlar içinde yer alan parklar, toplumu oluşturan bireylerin toplanma, dinlenme, eğlenme gibi aktivitelerle sosyalleşmesine olanak sağlayan kentsel mekânlardır. Toplumda yer alan tüm bireylerin sosyal yaşama katılabileceği, herhangi birinin desteği olmadan huzurlu, güvenli ve özgürce vakit geçirebileceği mekânların tasarlanması büyük bir gerekliliktir. Bu çalışma ile literatür çalışmasından elde edilen ergonomi ve erişilebilirlik açısından belirlenen ilkeler doğrultusunda örnek bir peyzaj düzenleme projesinin tasarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, engelli bireylerin engel türleri ve fiziksel yetenekleri göz önünde bulundurularak farklı ihtiyaçları bulunan bireylerin kamusal dış mekânlardan herkes ile eşit şekilde fayda sağlayabilmesi için nitelikli alanların oluşturulması hedeflenmiştir. Projenin hazırlanması sırasında, peyzaj düzenleme projesi için İzmir İli Bayındır ilçesinde yer alan ve mahalle parkı olarak hizmet vermesi düşünülen alanda önceden belirtilen kriterler doğrultusunda oluşturulan tasarım dijital ortama aktarılmış ve plan görüntüsü geliştirilerek öğelerinin biçimlendirilmesi ile görsel olarak sunuma hazır hale getirilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile engelli bireyler için, nitelikli tasarımların yapılabileceği ve bu tasarımlar sayesinde toplumdaki bütün bireylerin eşit hak ve özgürlükle kamusal parklardan etkin bir şekilde faydalanabilecekleri ortaya koyulmuştur. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Parks, which are a part of the public outdoor spaces, are urban places that enable individuals who form the society to socialize with activities such as gathering, resting and having fun. It is an important necessity to design spaces where all individuals in the society can participate in social life and spend time in peace, safety and freedom without the support of anyone. With this study, it is aimed to design an exemplary landscape design project in line with the principles determined in terms of ergonomics and accessibility obtained from the literature study. In this direction, it is aimed to create qualified spaces so that individuals with different needs can benefit from public outdoor spaces equally with everyone, taking into account the disability types and physical abilities of disabled individuals. After an area that is located in Bayındır district of Izmir province and considered as a neighborhood park was designed for the landscape planning project during the preparation of the project, the design created in accordance with the previously specified criteria was transferred to the digital environment and the plan image was developed and made ready for visual presentation by shaping its elements. With this study, it has been revealed that qualified designs can be made for disabled individuals and thanks to these designs, all individuals in the society can effectively benefit from public parks with equal rights and freedoms. | en_US |
