Farklı buğday çeşiti tohumlarında Wheat streak mosaic virus ve Barley stripe mosaic virus’ünün DAS-ELISA yöntemi ile araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 2008 yılında Isparta ve Burdur illerine bağlı ilçe ve köylerden toplanan yerel populasyon buğday tohum çeşitleri ile çeşitli ticari firmalar ve Geçit Bölgesi Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsünden alınan tescil edilmiş buğday çeşitlerinde Wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV) ile Barley stripe mosaic virus (BSMV)’unun varlığı araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla toplam 142 tohum örneği kullanılmıştır. Tohum örneklerinin tamamına DAS-ELISA (Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) testi uygulanmıştır. DAS-ELISA testi sonucuna göre tohum örneklerinin % 3.5’unda WSMV, % 12.67’sinde BSMV belirlenmiştir.

In this study, Presence of Wheat streak mosaic virus (WSMV) and Barley stripe mosaic virus (BSMV) were investigated on seeds of wheat landraces collected from counties and villages in Isparta and Burdur provinces wheat varieties obtained from several seed companies and from Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Institute in 2008 years. For this purpose, Total 142 seed samples were tested by DAS-ELISA (Double Antibody Sandwich Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) for the presence of WSMV and BSMV. As a result of DAS-ELISA test, It was found that, 3.5 %, 12.67 % of seed samples with WSMV and BSMV, respectively.
