dc.description.abstractKırsal alanın sürdürülebilir kalkınması kırsal alandaki yapısal değişimlere bağlıdır. Yapısal değişimler için çok yönlü planlamalar ve projeler hazırlanması ve uygulanması gerekir. Gelişmiş ülkelerde kırsal gelişmelere yönelik diğer hizmetler çoğunlukla arazi toplulaştırması destekli yürütülmektedir. Ülkemizde ise bu çalışmalar sınırlı bölgelerde ve belirli içeriklerle gerçekleştirilmektedir. Diğer taraftan bu çalışmaları gerçekleştirmek zor, zaman alıcı ve bıktırıcıdır.Bu çalışma ile arazi toplulaştırmasının sulama proje alanlarında uygulanması sonucu kırsal alanda ortaya çıkan yapısal değişimleri; alt yapı, köy yerleşim merkezlerinin yenilenmesi, kırsal çevre ile doğanın korunması gibi kırsal alan gelişme elemanları, coğrafi bilgi sistemi (GIS) destekli analiz edilmiştir.Bu amaçla iki sulama projesi alanı seçilmiştir. Bunlardan birincisi sadece sulama hizmetinin götürüldüğü Mustafakemalpaşa Ovası sulama projesi alanı, ikincisi sulama ve arazi toplulaştırmasının birlikte götürüldüğü Karacabey Ovası sulama projesi alanıdır.Çalışma ile ortaya çıkan bilgiler, arazi toplulaştırmasız ve arazi toplulaştırmalı olarak karşılaştırmalı analiz edilmiş, arazi toplulaştırmasının yeni proje alanlarındaki olası etkisi ve analizleri ortaya konmuştur.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThe sustainable development of rural area depends on structural variations in rural area. The multiple planning and projects should be prepared and applied for structural variations. In developed countries, other services intended for rural development are carried out generally based on land consolidation. In Turkey, these studies are performed in certain region and content. On the other hand, these studies are time consuming and troublesome.With this study the structural variations resulted from land consolidation applications in irrigation Project areas such as infrastructure, reallocation of village center, protection of the rural environment and nature were analyzed through Geographic Information System.In this study, two irrigation projects were selected. One of them is Mustafakemalpaşa plain irrigation project area which have only irrigation service. The other is Karacabey plain irrigation project area which have irrigation service and landscape.The results obtained from the study are analyzed comparatively both irrigation project area with land consolidation and irrigation project area without land consolidation. The effect of land consolidation on new project areas is indicated.en_US
