dc.description.abstract17 adet ekmeklik buğday hattı ve 8 adet ekmeklik buğday çeşidinin verim denemesine alındığı bu araştırma, 2019-2020 yetiştirme sezonunda Bursa ekolojik şartlarında iki farklı lokasyonda (İnegöl/Boğazköy ve Karacabey/Fevzipaşa) üretici tarlalarında Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre 4 tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada çeşitlerin ve hatların bitki boyu, başakta tane sayısı,1000 tane ağırlığı, hektolitre ağırlığı ve tane verimi ile başaklanma süresi, yatma dayanımı ve soğuk zararına karşı gösterdikleri tepkiler incelemeye alınmıştır. Araştırmada birleştirilmiş analiz sonuçlarına göre genotip ortalamaları; başaklanma süresi 142.25 - 149.75 gün, bitki boyu 68.50 - 86.50 cm, başakta tane sayısı 47.25 - 64.13 adet, bin tane ağırlığı 26.96 -36.25 g, hektolitre ağırlığı 68.18 - 78.0 kg, tane verimi 417.0 - 780.0 kg da-1, yatma dayanımı % 92.0 - %100.0 ve soğuk zararı ise 1.00 - 4.63 aralığında değişmiştir. Deneme sonucu her iki lokasyon bakımından Bursa ili buğday verimi ortalaması olan 364 kg da-1’ın üstünde tane verimine sahip genotiplerin mevcudiyetini göstermiştir.tr_TR
dc.description.abstractThis research, in which 17 bread wheat lines and 8 bread wheat varieties were included in the yield trial, was carried out in two different locations (İnegöl/Boğazköy and Karacabey/Fevzipaşa) in producer fields in Bursa ecological conditions in the 2019-2020 growing season, with randomized complete block design with 4 replications. In the study, plant height, number of grains per spike, 1000 grain weight, test weight and grain yield, and the heading time, lodging resistance and response of the cultivars and lines to cold damage were examined. According to the results of the combined analysis in the research, genotype averages ranged between 142.25 -149.75 days for heading period, 68.50 - 86.50 cm for plant height, 47.25 - 64.13 for number of grains per spike, 26.96 - 36.25 g for thousand-seed weight, 68.18 - 78.0 kg for test weight, 417.0 - 780.0 kg da-1 for grain yield, 92.0 - 100.0 % for lodging resistance and 1.00 - 4.63 for cold damage. The results of the experiment showed the existence of genotypes with a grain yield above 364 kg da-1, which is the average wheat yield of Bursa province in terms of both locations.en_US
