| dc.description.abstract | Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Kalp Damar Cerrahisi Anabilim Dalında 1980-1992 yılları arasında geçen oniki yıllık süre içinde 154 olguya (65 kadın, 89 erkek) kalıcı pacemaker uygulanmıştır. Yaş ortalaması 56.2 (4-78) olarak saptandı. Yüz elli bir olguya endokardial, 3 olguya epikardial elektrod yerleştirildi. Kalıcı pacemaker endikasyonları arasında en sık olarak (%57) A-V Tam Blok yer aldı. Tüm olgularda pacemaker implantasyonuna ait komplikasyonlar retrospektif olarak incelendi. Komplikasyonlar, sıvı kolleksiyonu (% 1.94), pace elektrodunun yerinden ayrılması (% 4.54), cilt erozyonu(% 3.89), pnömotoraks (% 1.29), pulmoner emboli (% 0.64) idi. Mortalite olmadı ancak komplikasyon gelişen olgulara belirgin morbidite eklendi. | tr_TR |
| dc.description.abstract | Permanent pacemakers (PP) were implanted in 1 54 patients (65 female-89 male) at Uludağ University Medical Faculty Department of Cardiovascular Surgery between 1980 and 1992. Mean age was 56.2 years with the range 4 to 78. Epicardial lead was used in 3 cases though endocardial lead was implanted in 151 cases. The most common indication for PP implantation was complete A-V black (% · 57). We retrospectively reviewed the complications of this procedure in all cases. The complications were fluid collection (1. 94 %), dislocation of lead (4.54 %), skin laceration (3.89 %), pneumothorax (1. 29 %) and pulmonary embolism (0.64 %). No mortality was observed, however this complication contributed significant morbidity. | en_US |
