"Şerhu Meâni'l-Âsâr" eserine göre Ebû Ca`Fer et-Tahâvî'nin metodolojisinde sünnetin kaynak değeri ve ibadetlerde uygulanışı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Tahâvî’nin (v. 321/933) metodolojisinde sünnetin kaynak değeri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Girişte kısaca araştırmanın amacı, kaynakları ve yöntemi belirtilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Tahâvî’nin yaşadığı döneminin siyasî, sosyo-ekonomik ve ilmî durumu, hayatı, nesebi ve ilmî gelişimi incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Tahâvî’nin genel sünnet anlayışı, sünnete yaklaşımı, haber-i vâhidi kabul için metin ve râvîler ile ilgili öne sürdüğü şartlar, hadisler arasında zannedilen ihtilâfların giderilmesi ve bunu yaparken takip ettiği yöntemlerin neler olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.In this study, is examined the resource value of sunnah in the methodology of at-Tahâwî (d. 321/933). This study consists of an introduction, two chapters and results. In the introduction it is indicated the aim, the sources and the method of the study. In the first chapter has been examined the political, socio-economic and scientific situation, ancestry that Tahâwî lived in and scientific improvement. In the second section is studied Tahâvî’s understanding of circumcision, circumcision approach to Khabar-i-Wahid accepted the conditions put forward by the text and related to the narrators of the hadith is supposed to resolve disputes and in so doing tried to determine what are the methods followed by.
