Bir soykırım romanı: Hocalı’nın kurdeleli anahtarı

Abstract

Soykırım, 1951 yılında müstakil bir suç olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bu kavramın müstakil bir suç olarak kabul edilmesiyle ise hangi suç soykırımdır, tarihte yaşanan hangi hadiseler soykırım olarak nitelendirilebilir gibi tartışmalar ortaya çıkmıştır. Günümüzde dahi soykırım kavramı üzerinden hararetli tartışmalar yapılmakta ve uluslararası düzeyde bu tartışmaların etkileri görülmektedir. Bu çalışma doğrultusunda da soykırım tartışmaları odağında Hocalı Katliamı’nın Türk romanından asıl ele alındığını örnek bir roman üzerinden ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda ilk olarak soykırım kavramının nasıl ortaya çıktığına soykırım kavramının tanımına ve kapsamına değinilmiş, daha sonra Türkler ve Ermeniler arasındaki ilişkiye değinilerek Hocalı’da yaşanan katliama gelinmeden önceki süreç ele alınmış ve Hocalı’da yaşanan katliam anlatılmıştır. Çalışmanın devamında ise Türk romanında soykırımın nasıl ele alındığı ve işlendiği Hocalı’nın Kurdeleli Anahtarı romanı örnek alınarak bir tespit, tenkit, tahlil yapılmış ve hermeneutik bir yöntem benimsenmiştir. Yapılan tespitlerin yorumlanması neticesinde de Hocalı’nın Kurdeleli Anahtarı romanının soykırım suçu olarak kabul edilen olayları anlattığı belirlenmiştir.

Genocide was recognized as a separate crime in 1951. With the acceptance of this concept as anindependent crime, debates such as which crime is genocide and which events in history can bedescribed as genocide have emerged. Even today, there are heated debates over the concept of genocide and the effects of these debates are seen on the international level. In line with this study,it is aimed to reveal how the Khojaly Massacre is handled in the Turkish novel, the focus of genocide discussions, through a sample novel. In this direction, firstly, how the concept of genocide emergedand the definition and scope of the concept of genocide are mentioned. Then, the relationship between Turks and Armenians was mentioned, and the process before the massacre in Khojaly wasdiscussed and the massacre in Khojaly was explained. In the continuation of the study, adetermination, criticism, analysis has been made and a hermeneutic method has been adopted bytaking the novel of Hocalı’nın Kurdeleli Anahtarı as an example of how the genocide is handled andprocessed in the Turkish novel. As a result of the interpretation of the findings, it has been determined that the novel Hocalı’nın Kurdeleli Anahtarı tells the events that are accepted as thecrime of genocide.
