dc.description.abstract	Çalışmamızda, süzgeç kağıdına emdirilen kan ve serum "örneklerinde, Roket elektroforezi yöntemiyle Apolipoprotein B (Apo B) ·miktar belirtimi yapıldı. Aynı olguların serumlarında Radyal lmmun Diffüzyon (RID) yöntemiyle saptanan Apo B değerleri ile, diler 2 yöntemde saptanan değerler istatistiksel açıdan kıyaslandı. Elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar kaynak verileriyle de uyumlu olup, kanda Roket elektroforezi yönetiminin aynen serum gibi çalışabileceğini ve güvenilir olduğunu gösterdi.
dc.description.abstract	In our investigation, Apolipoprotein B (Apo B) measurement has been done with the method of Rocket electrophoresis, using the samples of blood and serum which have been spotted on filter papers. In the serum of the same individuals, Apo B values found with the method of Radial Immun Diffusion (RID) and values found with the upper 2 methods have been compared statistically. The results we had at last, were in harmony with the source data. It has showed us that the method of Rocket electrophoresis in blood, could work just like serum, and it also showed us that it is believable.
