Primer pulmoner hipertansiyon "özellik gösteren bir olgu"

Abstract

Üç yıldan beri efor dispnesi ve bayılma şikayetleri olan otuz üç yaşındaki bayan hasta kliniğimize müracaat etti. İnvazif ve noninvazif tetkikler yapılarak Primer Pulmoner Hipertansiyon (PPH) tanısı konmadan önce Nörovejetatif Distoni tanısı ile izlenmektedir. Primer Pulmoner Hipertansiyon nadir görülen bir hastalık olması nedeni ile olgu takdim edilmiş ve ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.A thirty three years oldlemale patient who had complaints of exertional dyspnea and dizziness for three years was admitted to our clinic. Before the establishment of the diagnosis of Primary Pulmonary Hypertension through invasive and noninvasive methods, she was being followed as a neurovegetative dystonia. Since Primary Pulnıonary Hypertension is a rare disease we presented this case in this issue and concerning literature was reviewed.
