dc.description.abstractSomatosensoriyel Uyarılmış Potansiyeller (SUP) 12 denekte, N. Medianus'un elektriksel uyarımı ile kontra ve ipsilateral korteksten elde edilmişlerdir. SUP'lerin kortikal dağılımını inceleme amacı ile yapılan bu çalışmada, SUP'ler en belirgin şekilde, uyarana nazaran kontralateral taraftaki postsentral bölgelerden elde edilmişdir. İpsilateral taraftan elde edilen SUP'lerin amplitüdleri daha düşük olup, erken ve geç komponentlerinin latensleri 1-6 m sec. daha uzun bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractSomatosensory evoked responses (SER) were recorded simultaneously in contrlateral and İpsilateral cortical areas in 12 healty subjects, by stimulation of N. Medianus. The purpose of this study, to investigate of cortical distribution of SER. The typical SER (in form and latency) being found in contrlateral postcentral area. Ipsilateral SER were decreased amplitudes and prolonged Iatency (1-6 m sec).
