Mola hidatidosa'da tedavi ve kontrol yöntemleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Mola Hidatidozalı hastalarda uterusun nasıl boşaltılması gerektiği, girişim yapıldıktan sonra izlenmesi, proflaksisi ve yeni gebeliğe ne zaman izin verileceği, bu arada geçen sürede gebelikten nasıl korunulacağı, literatür geniş şekilde gözden geçirilerek araştırılmış ve ülkemiz koşullarında nasıl hareket edilmesi gerektiği belirtilmiştir.In this article, we have tried to explain with the extended review of literatures that in patients with hydatiform mole, how the evacuation of uterus has to be performed and the follow up of the patient has to be carried out, and when the patient is permitted for the use of contraceptive methods in between the two periods as well as for a new pregnancy. In addition to these, how such an entity has to be managed in our country is mentioned.
