Milli devletlerin sonunun gelip gelmediği ya da küreselleşmenin ne kadar anlaşılabilir ve uygulanabilir olduğu açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda en somut örneklerde ulus üstü organizasyonlardan biri olan siyasi-ekonomik ve kültürel birliktelik yolunda ilerleyen AB incelenmektedir. Dünyanın kapitalist ekonomi anlayışıyla yalnızca bir pazar olarak görülmesinin insanlığın temel değerlerinde yaratmış olduğu erozyon vurgulanmaktadır.In this study, also the source of the power, which has changed in the course of time depending on the transition from agricultural communitiy to industrial community and lately to the information society, inclines from god to human i.e. National-nation government and later, in the latest period, toward to regime that is called globalism, postmodernism of word citizenship and not entirely settled yet and continues to be a subject of discussion. It is tried to explain if the national states has come to end or how much the globalism can be understood and applied. In this context the European Union, which is one of the above-national Organizations and advances in the route of the political-economic and cultural cooperation, is studied in the most concrete samples.
