The new nano-structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Compound 1 was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and consists of two-dimensional polymeric units. The thermal stability of compound 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses and compared. PbO nano-powder was obtained by calcination of the nano-structure of compound 1 at 400 degrees C. This study demonstrates the coordination polymers may be suitable precursors for the preparation of nano-scale materials and dependent on their packing they may produce different and interesting morphologies.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessNano-structureCoordination polymerLead(II)Crystal structureComplexesPrecursorCDSChemistryDifferential thermal analysisLead oxideNanostructured materialsNanostructuresPolymersScanning electron microscopySingle crystalsSonochemistryThermodynamic stabilityX ray powder diffractionCoordination polymersMixed-ligandsNano powdersNano-scale materialsSingle crystal x-ray diffractionSonochemical methodSonochemical synthesisThermal gravimetricSonochemical syntheses of strawberry-like nano-structure mixed-ligand lead(II) coordination polymer: Thermal, structural and X-ray powder diffraction studiesArticle0002752335000022-s2.0-772491567878418453635Chemistry, inorganic & nuclearMetal-Organic Frameworks; X-Ray Powder Diffraction; Elemental Analyses
