Bu amaçla çalışma beş bölümde tamamlanmıştır. Birinci bölüm, giriştir. İkinci bölümde, kavramsal ve kuramsal çerçeveye yer verilmiştir. Burada katı atık kavramı ve sınıflandırılması, entegre katı atık yönetimine duyulan ihtiyaç, entegre katı atık yönetiminin faydaları, özellikleri ve adımları ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölüm, çalışmanın metodolojisini oluşturmaktadır. Burada öncelikle çalışma alanı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Ardından çalışmada izlenecek adımlar açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm, bulguların sunulduğu ve tartışıldığı bölümdür. Burada öncelikle çalışma alanı olan Bursa Yenişehir ilçesi Yolören Mahallesi’nde mevcut katı atık yönetimi sunulmuştur. Ardından entegre katı atık yönetimi için nüfus ve katı atık projeksiyon çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Elde edilen projeksiyon doğrultusunda entegre katı atık yönetimi adımları oluşturulmuştur. Beşinci bölüm ise çalışmada yapılan uygulamaların genel bir değerlendirmesinin sunulduğu sonuç bölümüdür.In this study, the applicabilityof integrated solid waste management in small settlements is evaluated. For this purpose, the study has been completed in five sections. The first section is the introduction. In the second section, the conceptual and theoretical framework is given. Here, the concept and classification of solid waste, the need for integrated solid waste management, the benefits, features and steps of integrated solid waste management are discussed. The third section is the methodology of the study. Here, information is given about the study area firstly. Then the steps to be followed in the study are explained. The fourth section is designated for the presentation and discussion of the findings. Here, primarily the solid waste management is presented which exists in the Yolören Neighborhood of Yenişehir District of Bursa Province, the study area. Then, the population and solid waste projection studies are conducted for integrated solid waste management. In line with the projection obtained, integrated solid waste management steps are formed.
