Anorexia inappetence, anaemia, icterus, nasal discharge, increase in rectal temperature, heart and respiration rates, and enlargement of the prescapular lymph nodes were noticed. Significant increase in Hb and PCV levels, the relative number of band neutrophils, albumin and glucose concentration and significant decrease in ESR were observed after treatment.
