Medreselerdeki ders programlarında genellikle sosyal bilimler ve eğitim bilimlerine yer verilmemektedir. Medreseler devletten ve vakıflardan düzenli destek almamaktadırlar. Kırgızistan medreselerinde geleneksel medrese kuruluş yapısı ve ders programları konusunda köklü ve düzenli yeniliklere ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.There are not religious education and instruction in schools in Kyrgyzstan. In the field of non formal religious education, the people have been meeting their needs by the madrasas and the 248 mosque courses. The curriculum is not suitable for the contemporary problems of the students and the people. This curriculum generally prepared in the XII.-XV. century. In the curriculum, there are not social sciences and educational sciences. The madrasas have not been aided by the government and the foundations.
