The Sociodemographic Data Collection Form developed by the researcher based on the literature, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Job Stress Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were used as data collection tools. Number percentage analysis, one-way analysis of variance and Spearman correlation analysis were used for statistical analysis of the data.Results: It was found that Overall Job Satisfaction had a negative and strong correlation with "Job Role Uncertainty" sub-dimension (r:-0.42 p=0.05), Maslach Burnout Inventory between General Job Satisfaction there was no significant relationship (p<0,05).
