We would like to describe and share our experience in a patient with AML who developed bilateral eyelid SS and add some points concerning the SS. Sweet's syndrome, also referred to as febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, is characterized by fever, neutrophilic leukocytosis, painful red papules, nodules and plaques that respond readily to corticosteroid therapy [2], [3]. Although SS has been linked to hematologic malignancies, the frequency of SS with leukaemia is even lower in patients with neutropenia [4].eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessOncologyHematologyTreatment outcomeSweet's syndromeSkinParaneoplastic syndromesOrbitNeutropeniaLeukemia, myeloidHumansFeverFemaleEyelidsDrug eruptionsDiagnosis, differentialAntineoplastic combined chemotherapy protocolsAdultAcute diseaseSweet's syndrome: Dilemma in febrile neutropenic patient with acute myeloid leukemiaLetter0002413466000232-s2.0-3374811450514661468301116540169OncologyHematologySweet Syndrome; Panniculitis; Pyoderma GangrenosumImipenemCorticosteroidCefepimeSkin defectRemissionPriority journalOrbit cellulitisLetterHumanHematologic malignancyFebrile neutropeniaCancer chemotherapyAntibiotic therapyAcute granulocytic leukemiaAcute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis
