What the goal system should be had been determined that housing in the rehabilitation stage which is carried an important responsibility in view of economic specially for the developing countries..Deprem sonrasında en temel amaç günlük yaşama kısa bir süre içinde geri dönmektir. Bu çalışmada, deprem sonrası barınma ihtiyaçlarının hangi aşamalarla karşılandığına, özellikle acil yardım dönemi ile yeniden yapılanma dönemi arasında önemli bir geçiş dönemini oluşturan rehabilitasyon dönemine ve bu dönemde barınmanın nasıl karşılandığına değinilmiştir.
