Birinci bölümde her iki mezhepten, mezhep kurucularından ve mezheplerin usûl ve sistematiğinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde zekât, zekâtı verecek ve alacak olan kişilerden, hangi mallardan ve hangi miktarlarda zekâtın verilmesi gerektiği, zekât ile ilgili konularda Hanefî ve Şâfiî mezheplerin görüşleri ve delilleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde hac ve umre ibâdetleri hususunda iki mezhebin görüşleri, ihtilâf ettikleri meseleler, delilleri ile birlikte mukayeseli olarak anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.Different prayer topics such as zakah, hajj and umrah as need a much of importance are interpreted differently by different schools of fiqh. But too often the people who do not understand this topics and who can not check the sources of madhab becomes a cause of incorrect assessments.In the first part says about the founders and the principles, systeme of both madhab.In the second partis considered the zakah,the people who must pay out zakah and who need to get it; also explaining the amount of zakah and the goods that should payd zakah from.
