Paraneoplastik sendromlar ya da uzak etki sendromlar % 50 oranında kanser teşhisinden önce belirti vermektedir. Bu çalışmada, çeşitli kanser olgularının metastatik olmayan komplikasyonlarının görülme sıklığı ve tespit edilen malignite türü ile ilişkisini saptamak amacıyla çeşitli kliniklerde malignite tespit edilen 34 olgu ele alınmış ve sonuçlar literatür ışığı altında değerlendirilmiştir.Today, the early diagnosis of cancer is important in regard to treatment. Paraneoplastic syndromes or remote effect syndromes can be detected in 50 % of the patients before the diagnosis of the cancer.
