Bu çalışmada, yetişkin bireylerin öğrenmesine yardım etme bilim ve sanatı olarak tanımlanan andragojik öğrenme modelinden bahsedilerek, yetişkinlerin öğrenme özelliklerinin bilinmesinin tıp eğitimine sağlayacağı katkılar vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır.The searches in order to find the most appropriate method for the medical education keep on going parallel with the constantly changing world conditions. Appraciating the learning characteristic of the adults studying in medical schools and determination of students' profile would be useful to achieve better results in medical education.
