Uludağ Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Dergisi, 18(1-2), 205-222.1301-3173http://hdl.handle.net/11452/18183Bu çalışmada, karma yemlere katılan avilamisin ve lizofosfatidilkolinin etlik piliçlerin karaciğerinde meydana getirebilecekleri yapısal değişikliklerin histolojik ve histoşimik yöntemler ile saptanması amaçlanmıştır. Kırk dört gün sürdürülen araştırmada, kontrol grubu piliçler normal rasyonla beslenirken, I.,II. ve III. deney grupları için hazırlanan yemlere sırasıyla 10 mg/kg avilamisin, 0,25 g/kg lizofosfatidilkolin ve 10 mg/kg avilamisin+0.25g/kg lizofosfatidilkolin katılmıştır. Besleme denemeleri tamamlanınca akciğerlerden alınan doku örnekleri histoloji tekniğine uygun işlemlerden geçirilmiştir. Histolojik incelemeler sonucunda avilamisin ilaveli yemierin karaciğer epitel hücrelerinde PAS pozitif reaksiyonu arttırdığı ve lipidin hücre içinde daha az birikimine neden olduğu saptanırken, lizofosfatidilkolin ilaveli yemlerin karaciğer epitel hücrelerindeki lipid birikimini arttırdığı belirlenmiştir. Lizofosfatidilkolin+avilamisin ilavesi yapılan deney grubunda ise hem lipid hem de glikojen birikiminde artış saptanmıştır.The purpose of this study was to determine the structural elfeel of avilamycin and lysophosphatidylcholine, supplemented to mixed feeds. on the liver of the chicken with histological and histochemical methods. The experiment was Iasted 44 days. Feeds prepared for the 1, 2"d and 3'd experimental groups were supplemented with 10mg/kg avilamycin, 0,25g/kg lysophosphatidylcholine and 10mg/kg avilamycin+0, 25g/kg lysophosphatidylcholine respectively, whereas the control group was fed with normal diet. At the end of the research, liver samples were taken and the routine histological methods were applied. lt was observed that PAS positive reaction increased and lipid content decreased in the hepatocytes by supplemented with avilamycin. However lipid content increased in the hepatocytes by supplemented with lysophosphatidylcholine.
