En çok Şubat-Nisan aylarında üreme görülmüş olup, kız ve erkek öğrencilerde ve yaş grupları arasında herhangi bir farklılık saptanmamıştır. Akut romatizmal ateş (ARA) ve kronik romatizmal kardiopati (KRK) olgusuna rastlanmamıştır.A beta hemolytic streptococcus screening programme is applied on 2050 primary school students 6-13 years age groups. As a testing procedure the throat swab method is applied and 46 percent positive results are found. The growth of beta hemolytic streptococcus luís has been seen mostly in February-April months. W e did not find any difference between sex and age groups.
