Especially in patients with endometriosis, in whom pelvic anatomy is distorted due to adhesions, oocyte pick-up procedure should be carried out more carefully.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessAspirationBladder injuryComplicationEndometriosisHematuriaIn vitro fertilizationOocyte pick-upScience & technologyLife sciences & biomedicineObstetrics & gynecologyAn endometriosis patient presented with gross hematuria as a complication of the oocyte pick-up procedureArticle0004045963000101851878410.5301/je.5000258
