Hocazâde ve Zebîdî ise Beyzâvî’nin bu yorumlarını, birkaçı hâriç Hz. Peygamber’in ismetine aykırı olmayan birer görüş olarak değerlendirmişlerdir. Hz. Peygamber’in âhirette günahkâr mü’minlere şefaati ve Cebrail’den üstünlüğü konularında ise Suyûtî, müellifin görüşlerini bir bütünlük içerisinde değerlendirmediği için ona haksız eleştirilerde bulunmuştur.Baydâwî has made some interpretations in his Qur’anic commentary about the innocence (‘ismah) of the Prophet Muhammad that caused some wrong understandigs. Suyûtî has found and criticised these interpretations. Hocazâdah and Zabîdî have received these interpretations as ideas that are not contrary to the innocence of the Prophet Muhammad.
