Bu çalışmada bir araç kayar kapısı elemanı olan kızağın gerdirerek şekillendirme prosesiyle üretiminin sonlu elemanlar metodu kullanarak modellenmesi ve sonuçların fiziksel parça ile doğrulanması üzerine çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı henüz fiziksel parça üretim aşamasına gelmeden oluşabilecek problemlerin saptanabilmesine yönelik yöntem geliştirilmesidir. Çalışma bir paket sonlu elemanlar yazılımı kullanılarak gerdirerek şekillendirme işlemiyle kızak üretimi için sonlu elemanlar modeli oluşturulması, simülasyon için girdi verilerin elde edilmesi ve simülasyon sonuçlarının doğrulanması için yöntem geliştirilmesi basamaklarını içermektedir.Nowadays it is possible to determine the sufficiency of products and process designs in virtual environment with the developing technology. In this study, the modeling of a vehicle sliding door’s track component’s production by stretch forming by using the finite element method and the verification of the results by physical part were studied. The aim of the study is to develop a method to determine the problems that may occur before the physical parts production stage.
