The up-to-date and first choice treatment modality of PDA aneurysm is the endovascular approach in nearly all cases except few selected ones necessitating surgery. The main approach in endovascular treatment is embolization of the aneurysm by preserving the parent artery. A case with concomitant CeT occlusion and PDA aneurysm was treated with coil embolization by preserving inferior pancreaticoduodenal artery with retrievable Solitaire((R)) stent. In our knowledge, this is the first case with PDA aneurysm treated with this technique.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSurgeryCardiovascular system & cardiologyPancreaticoduodenal arcade aneurysmCeliac trunk occlusionRetrievableSolitaire stentCoil embolizationEmbolizationAneurysmAngiography, digital subtractionArterial occlusive diseasesArteriesCeliac arteryComputed tomography angiographyDuodenumEmbolization, therapeuticEndovascular proceduresHumansMaleMiddle agedPancreasProsthesis designStentsTreatment outcomeRetrievable stent-assisted coiling technique using a solitaire stent: Treatment of pancreaticoduodenal artery aneurysm associated with celiac artery occlusionArticle0003728171000032-s2.0-84962542153848750226983665SurgeryPeripheral vascular diseaseArtificial Embolization; False Aneurysm; Celiac Artery StenosisAbdominal painAbdominal radiographyAdultAneurysmArticleCase reportCeliac artery stenosisCoil embolizationComputed tomographic angiographyComputer assisted tomographyDigital subtraction angiographyDuodenum diseaseEndovascular aneurysm repairHepatic arteryHumanInformed consentMaleMicrocatheterMiddle agedPancreas diseasePancreatic duct stentPancreaticoduodenal arcade aneurysmSelf expanding stentSpleen arterySuperior mesenteric arteryVascular patencyAneurysmArteryArtificial embolizationCeliac arteryComplicationDevicesDiagnostic imagingDuodenumEndovascular surgeryPancreasPeripheral occlusive artery diseaseProsthesis designStentTreatment outcomeVascularization
