It is mainly transmitted by mosquitoes of Aedes genus. Most common signs and symptoms are fever, fatigue, headache, and rash. In this report, we report two cases of Zika virus disease with diffuse artralgias, maculopapular rash, and fatigue symptoms developing after traveling to Cuba.
