It is mostly found between the left lower lobe of the lung and the diaphragm. Mediastinal presentation is extremely rare. We describe two identical cases of extrapulmonary sequestration mimicking mediastinal cystic mass in two boys. These emphasize the need to keep this diagnosis in mind when dealing with children presenting with anterior mediastinal mass.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSequestrationMediastinumCongenital lesionsScience & technologyLife sciences & biomedicineRespiratory systemExtrapulmonary sequestration mimicking mediastinal cyst: Report of two identical casesArticle000421234000016414417554
