Çiçekler, a) % 4 Sakkaroz + 2 mM Gümüşdyosülfat ile 30 dakika ön uygulama sonrası saf suya aktarma, b) % 4 Sakkaroz + 4 mM Gümüştiyosülfat ile 30 dakika ön uygulama sonrası saf suya aktarma, c) % 4 Sakkaroz, d) % 2 Sakkaroz, e) Saf su (Kontrol) solusyonları içeren cam kavanozlara konulmuşlardır. Elde edilen analiz sonuçlarına göre, en uzun vazo ömrü ortalama 11.57 gün ile % 4 sakkaroz + 2 mM Gümüşdyosülfat ön uygulamasından elde edilmiş, bunu 11.45 günle % 4 sakkaroz + 4 mM Gümüştiyosülfat ön uygulaması ve 10.80 günle % 4 sakkaroz uygulaması izlemiş, en kısa vazo ömrü ise 9. 49 günle saf su (Kontrol) da elde edilmiştir.In this study which was conducted to prolong the vase life of Alstroemeria flowers, the flowers of cv. "Ostara" and "Vanitus” were used as material. The flowers were subjected to a) Pretreatment for 30 mın. wıth 4 % Sucrose + 2 mM Silver thiosulphate and then transfer to distilled water, b) Pretreatment for 30 min. with 4 % Sucrose + 4 mM Silver thiosulphate and then transfer to distilled water, c) 4 % Sucrose, d) 2 % Sucrose, e) Distilled water (Control). The flowers were put into glass jars containing the solutions. According to the results of analyses, the longest vase life was obtained from the pretreatment wiıh 4 % Sucrose + 2 mM Silver thiosulphate for 30 min. with on average of 11.57 days and this was followed by pretreatment with 4% Sucrose + 4 mM Silver thiosulphate for 30 min. with 11.45 days and 4% Sucrose with 10.80 days, while the shortest vas e life was obtained from distilled water (control) with 9.49 days.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAlstroemeriaVazo ömrüVase lifeOstaraArticle131138101
