Ayrıca protein metabolizmasındaki bozukluğu göstermesi açısından çalıştığımız serum apolipoprotein A ve B değerlerinin lipoprotein metabolizması üzerindeki etkilerini inceledik. Serum apolipoprotein seviyesinde normallere kıyasla saptadığımız yaklaşık yarı yarıya azalma, protein metabolizmasının PEM'lu olgularda bozulduğunu, bunun ise lipoprotein metabolizmasını negatif yönde etkileyerek, karaciğer yağlanmasına yol açtığı sonucuna vardık.In this study, in children whom 26 were normal anda 57 with malnutrition, we studied the changes seen in the lipid metabolism. In addition, in order to indicate the disorders in the protein metabolism, we measured the serum apolipoprotein A and B levels and investigated their effects on the lipoprotein metabolism.
